We were contacted by David with a simple plea. He wanted to take his wife, Cindy, to Disneyland, but the circumstances as to why he wanted to take his wife to Disneyland were a little unusual.
In 2005 David moved away from their hometown after new better opportunities, however the opportunities did not last. In 2007 David lost his job, and even though he was diligent in his search he was not able to find a job until early 2009, making only a fraction of what he was making before. Unfortunately, their problems were far from over. Shortly after finding a new job Davids wife began suffering from several diabetes complications. Among these was loss of sight.
One of their children and their grand-daughters were on their way to Disneyland shortly after the complete loss of sight in one eye was confirmed. Wishing Well Travel was able to send them to Disneyland along side their grand-daughters who they had not seen in almost a year. Everyone spent five days full of magic with their family, making bonds and memories that will last a life time.
Shortly after David and Cindy’s arrival back home her sight degenerated even more making this trip one that Cindy will treasure through her life.
Congratulations on your Memories!
