Hi,my name is Charlotte and I am 9 years old. Recently, I went to the Disneyland® Resort for the first time. Also I’ve been to Walt Disney World® Resort at least 10 times. So I decided to find my favorite ride from all 6 parks (Disney World: 4 Disneyland: 2) and overall find my favorite ride in the history of Disney parks in the U.S.A.
Starting off in the Magic Kingdom® Park, there are many fun rides that all have Disney magic. But in the end, I chose Splash Mountain® Attraction for many reasons. Splash Mountain is about a rabbit who decides he wants to move out of his home. I think this ride is awesome because of its mix of thrill, good theming, and relief from the Florida weather. All these things added together make for a great ride for all to enjoy.
Moving into the world of Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, we find many thrill rides and great lands like Toy Story Land and Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Having not been to the Walt Disney World® Resort since this land opened, I can’t accurately judge the 2 new rides. So overall, Rock ‘n Roller Coaster® Starring Aerosmith is my favorite. This fast paced ride takes us into a limo riding to an Aerosmith concert. You want thrill, a great pre show, and music? Then look no further than this coaster! It definitely deserves a spot on my list!
As we continue on our quest to find great rides, we stop by Epcot® to experience Journey Into Imagination with Figment. It’s hard to explain why I love this so much. Something about it is just so cute and charming that it sparked its way into my imagination for this list.
Next up, we have Flight of Passage in Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. For many people, this ride is one of the technical wonders of the world. It gives you the amazing sensation of flying on a Banshee, complete with breathing effects and a huge screen to immerse you into the world of Avatar. In my personal opinion, this ride is the most immersive ride in the Walt Disney World® Resort! So this one gets a 5 out of 5 for sure.
Now we’re moving on to the original, the classic, Disneyland® Park! Even in California, there are many great touches of Disney in this park, and that includes the rides! And my favorite, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, is no exception. This ride is not just a ride, but an experience! As soon as you get in the queue, you’re immersed into the Star Wars universe. With many pre-shows and added touches (including being captured by the Sith and saved!) you feel like you’re one of the mighty members of the resistance!
Last but not least, in Disney California Adventure® Park, we have the Incredicoaster. There is not much to say about this coaster, it’s perfect! Take a rollercoaster, add in the Incredibles, with a hint of cookie – scented lift hills and you have a great ride!
There you have it! Those were my favorite rides from the American Disney parks. Now, all of these rides sure have pixie dust, but the one that stood out to me the most for its very immersive experience is… Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. In my opinion,this ride is one of the biggest accomplishments that ©DISNEY has made!
